自昨日（6/26）起，因圖書館 Turnitin 總管理者帳號異常，導致圖書館建置之課程無法加入，且無法查看原課程內容。目前本館已通報 Turnitin 原廠協助處理中。 

由於今日總管理者帳號及原課程仍未恢復，為避免影響週末期間學生使用，圖書館已先以學術支援組教師帳號建立新的 Turnitin 課程，並已將課程 ID 及註冊密鑰更新至原網頁，同時於圖書館最新消息公告。

再請有使用圖書館建置課程需求的學生，改加入新課程使用。若後續系統恢復正常，本館將立即公告通知。

Dear Department Administrators,

Since June 26, the Library's Turnitin administrator account has experienced a system issue. As a result, students are unable to join the library-created Turnitin classes or access their class content. The issue has been reported to Turnitin Support.

Thank you for your prompt assistance in creating classes and enrolling students through your departmental administrator accounts, so students can continue submitting papers and receiving similarity reports.

As the issue has not yet been resolved, the Library has created a new Turnitin course using the Academic Support Division instructor account. The new course ID and enrollment key have been updated on the original webpage and announced in the Library News.

Please help inform students who need to use the library-created Turnitin classes to join the new course instead. We will post an update once the system has been restored.
